TRX – Suspension training is an original and simple tool composed of two strong straps of adjustable length. It is used only for bodyweight exercises. TRX builds muscle strength, balance, flexibility and activates muscles for the duration of the training. It is meant for trainees at all fitness levels from beginners to advanced to professional sportsmen.TRX allows us to create effective training units adjusted to the client’s exact needs( basic physical skills, body strengthening, fat reduction).

TRX characteristics:

  • suspension training all in one – more than 200 exercises on two adjustable straps.
  • Used for bodyweight training
  • Builds up muscle strength, balance, flexibility and activates muscles.
  • With TRX it is possible to create very effective workout units tailored to the specific needs of a client – basic motoric skills development, cardio, body strengthening (mainly back and abs), helps with back pain (sedentary job), fat reduction.
  • Meant for trainees at all fitness levels from beginners to top – level sportsmen.

The lesson is suitable for beginners or clients who want to acquaint themselves with TRX, learn the correct workout technique and body posture. This lesson is recommended for everyone starting with TRX, whatever their age, sex or fitness.

SCHEDULE OF GROUP LESSONS FROM THURSDAY 1/6/2023

From June 1, 2023, there will be a change of lecturers for Wednesday lessons. TRX now with Dominika D. at 19:00 and jumping lessons now led by Ondra M. at 19:15. Reservation at the reception number 608 70 80 99, online through the reservation system or in the AFIT application.

Opening hours on public holidays May 1 and 8

On the public holidays of May 1 and 8, the AFIT center will be open from 14:00 to 21:30. Indoor lessons will take place according to the online exercise schedule.
