Training for pregnant
The aim of the lesson is to keep the woman’s body in optimal health and in good physical and mental condition. Thanks to these lessons women are more prepare and after birth are less tired and recovery time is shorter.
Lesson program:
- 5-10 min breathing exercise for stronger pelvic floor
- Strengthening important parts of body (without exercise for ABS and without jumping)
- Calm stretching and hips mobility
This type of training we care about precision movement and increasing your condition which is necessary for childbirth.
Training includes complex exercises like squat or push-ups etc. It is not just sitting on yoga ball.
Why should I exercise while pregnancy?
- Exercising prevents women before pregnancy diabetes.
- Physical condition helps you during and after childbirth.
- Reducing the risks of birth complications
- Reducing the risks of preeclampsia
- Preventing your lumber spine from pain

For whom is this type of training?
- Exercising for pregnant women is recommended after first trimester. If there are any complications, discuss visiting our lessons with your doctor first.
Instructions for our visitors:
- Discuss your health condition with your doctor and if something is wrong, ask your doctor if it is good idea to do any exercise.
- During the first trimester be careful while an expected menstruation
- Do not exercise in uncomfortable clothes or shoes.
- Take care of your own feeling
- Do not train if you are sick, tired or your body temperature is higher than usual.
- Do not do any danger position (extra deep squat…)
