It is interval training or HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), this method of exercise is one of the best techniques of burning fat. It increases general fitness and strength. It is suitable both for weight reduction and general fitness improvement. It is based on 20 second sections that run in higher intensity with the greatest number of repetitions. Then it takes 10 seconds to calm down the body and let it rest. This is done in 8 rounds and the exercise takes 4 minutes. Then the next exercise is in the same mode.

The best of SPINNING is waiting for you in the Saturday marathon program on February 29, 2020. You can look forward to 3 hours in the saddle on the planned track, which will guide you all our instructors. Reservation for the event on reception or online via the reservation system.
