• Strong body

    Strong body lesson is a group exercised which aims to strengthen and build up the whole body. It is a slow exercise, which puts emphasis on correct performance of the individual moves.

Strong body

This is a group exercise focusing on a body strengthening workout. It is a slower exercise, with emphasis put on performing the moves correctly.

Lesson consists of these three parts:

  • Warm-up
  • Exercise of specific muscle groups
  • Stretching

The main workout part of the lesson is divided into blocks according to the muscle group that is being exercised so that the whole body is practiced. Various training tools and aids are used (kettlebells, poles, dumbbells, medicine balls etc.), including bodyweight practice.

This type of a group lesson is aimed at everyone who doesn’t enjoy classic workouts with gym machines but would like to work on building up his or her strength.

Schedule of group lessons from Monday 5 February 2024

On Monday, February 5, 2024, there will be minor changes in the schedule of group lessons at the AFIT center. All changes can be found here. Reservations can be made via the online reservation system, in the AFIT application or by calling the reception number 608 70 80 99.

Schedule of group lessons from Monday 1 January 2024

The new year will bring us 4 new lessons. Tuesday lessons of the Spinning program at 12:15 with Petra B., Wednesday Strong Body with Kristýna J., Friday lessons of Body forming with Sára L. and Jumping with Katy T. In the second week of January, two afternoon SM System courses start at the same time. You can find all the changes here.
