This is a group exercise focusing on a body strengthening workout. It is a slower exercise, with emphasis put on performing the moves correctly.
Lesson consists of these three parts:
- Exercise of specific muscle groups
The main workout part of the lesson is divided into blocks according to the muscle group that is being exercised so that the whole body is practiced. Various training tools and aids are used (kettlebells, poles, dumbbells, medicine balls etc.), including bodyweight practice.
This type of a group lesson is aimed at everyone who doesn’t enjoy classic workouts with gym machines but would like to work on building up his or her strength. It is suitable for beginners and advanced – the difficulty and load is your choice.
