    Power yoga aims at balanced workout and stretching of the whole body. It is not a relaxation yoga and it is necessary to be prepared for muscle strain. The lesson is meant for everyone, even beginners.

POWER YOGA

Power yoga  is yoga aimed at balanced workout and stretching of the body.

The lesson:

The lessons are exactly what the name says – power-yoga = workout yoga. The lesson therefore consists of a workout with yoga elements. It is not a relaxation yoga and it does strain the muscles. It can thoroughly stretch the whole body, though. It is suitable for everyone, even beginners.

Night YOGA

Yoga adjusted for evening hours, focusing on slower exercises and breath control.

The lesson:

This yoga makes muscles pleasantly tired and stretches out the body.The individual positions follow a slow-paced sequence linked with breathing. Carefully connecting breathing and movement, the exercise helps to increase flexibility and stability of the body’s core. The body needs to stay warmed up during the exercise, which burns fat. Sleep will come much easier after such a lesson!

What to bring with you:

Take towel and water. Groundcloth can be borrowed. If you want your own, you may bring it.

3 hours SPINNING MARATHON

The best of SPINNING is waiting for you in the Saturday marathon program on February 29, 2020. You can look forward to 3 hours in the saddle on the planned track, which will guide you all our instructors. Reservation for the event on reception or online via the reservation system.
