POWER YOGA

Power yoga  is yoga aimed at balanced workout and stretching of the body. It is a dynamic style of yoga.

The lesson:

The lessons are exactly what the name says – power-yoga = workout yoga. The lesson therefore consists of a workout with yoga elements. It is not a relaxation yoga and it does strain the muscles. It can thoroughly stretch the whole body, though. It is suitable for everyone, even beginners.

This class is designed for clients who already have experience with the SM System and want to enjoy its benefits on a regular basis under the guidance of an experienced instructor – right in our center.

Strengthening of the deep stabilization system, relief from back pain and overall improvement of the movement pattern – all this is waiting for you every Monday. A great opportunity to do something for your body and your health.
