    HIIT – “high intensive interval training” is a group lesson, during which intervals with maximum intensity and rest periods are alternated. With HIIT, you can improve heart performance, promote burning, and achieve visible results.

HIIT – “high intensive interval training” is a group lesson, during which intervals with maximum intensity and rest periods are alternated. Thanks to HIIT, you can improve your cardiovascular system, restart metabolism, accelerate burning while maintaining or increasing muscle mass and promote growth hormone production.

HIIT characteristics:

  • intervals with maximum load intensity alternate the rest
  • we are using bodyweight
  • development of overall condition
  • improvement of heart function
  • accelerating metabolism, promoting fat burning while maintaining muscle mass

HIIT lesson:

  • warm-up
  • dynamic stretching/mobilization
  • workout unit (WOD – workout of the day)
  • stretching

The lesson is suitable for intermediate and professional athletes and for all who want to achieve results within a short time. The amount of repetition is regulated by each individual, so it does not matter in what form are you at the moment.
