    HIIT – “high intensive interval training” is a group lesson, during which intervals with maximum intensity and rest periods are alternated. With HIIT, you can improve heart performance, promote burning, and achieve visible results.

HIIT – “high intensive interval training” is a group lesson, during which intervals with maximum intensity and rest periods are alternated. Thanks to HIIT, you can improve your cardiovascular system, restart metabolism, accelerate burning while maintaining or increasing muscle mass and promote growth hormone production.

HIIT characteristics:

  • intervals with maximum load intensity alternate the rest
  • we are using bodyweight
  • development of overall condition
  • improvement of heart function
  • accelerating metabolism, promoting fat burning while maintaining muscle mass

HIIT lesson:

  • warm-up
  • dynamic stretching/mobilization
  • workout unit (WOD – workout of the day)
  • stretching

The lesson is suitable for intermediate and professional athletes and for all who want to achieve results within a short time. The amount of repetition is regulated by each individual, so it does not matter in what form are you at the moment.

From Monday 25 May, locker rooms and showers will be open.

WE HAVE GOOD NEWS! From Monday 25 May, the showers and changing rooms will be open. Without a mask during organized activities (group lessons and personal trainings) and in the gym.

Opening hours on public holidays on May 1 and 8

The fitness center will be open from 14:00 until 20:00. Group lessons will take place in the afternoon according to the online schedule of exercises.

The new exercise schedule is valid from Monday, March 2. We added lessons in Hall 4, Healthy Back on Wednesday, Fitness Workout on Monday and newly Pilates on Wednesday with Terka from March 11th.
