    HIIT – “high intensive interval training” is a group lesson, during which intervals with maximum intensity and rest periods are alternated. With HIIT, you can improve heart performance, promote burning, and achieve visible results.

HIIT – “high intensive interval training” is a group lesson, during which intervals with maximum intensity and rest periods are alternated. Thanks to HIIT, you can improve your cardiovascular system, restart metabolism, accelerate burning while maintaining or increasing muscle mass and promote growth hormone production.

HIIT characteristics:

  • intervals with maximum load intensity alternate the rest
  • we are using bodyweight
  • development of overall condition
  • improvement of heart function
  • accelerating metabolism, promoting fat burning while maintaining muscle mass

HIIT lesson:

  • warm-up
  • dynamic stretching/mobilization
  • workout unit (WOD – workout of the day)
  • stretching

The lesson is suitable for intermediate and professional athletes and for all who want to achieve results within a short time. The amount of repetition is regulated by each individual, so it does not matter in what form are you at the moment.

Opening hours on public holidays on July 5 and 6

It will be open from 14:00 until 21:30 on public holidays on July 5 and 6. Group lessons will take place in the afternoon according to the online schedule of exercises.

Schedule of class lessons from Tuesday 15th June

Schedule of group lessons valid from Tuesday 15 June. New Friday lessons of HIIT from 6:20 am and Circle training from 16 pm led by coach Lucie L. Friday Pilates lesson with Jana moved to Sunday 18:15 pm. H.E.A.T. Program on Mondays and Thursdays newly with Lucie H. Instructions for the week 31 May – 6 June

From Monday 31.5. changing rooms and showers can be used. We train without respirators and masks. The capacity of group lessons will be increased according to the schedule. More detailed information can be found after opening.
