HIIT – high intensive interval training is a group lesson, during which the intervals with maximum load intensity and rest intervals alternate. Above all, the weight of one’s own body is used. Thanks to the HIIT lesson, you will improve the activity of the cardiovascular system, start your metabolism, which will speed up your fat burning while maintaining or increasing muscle mass, and support the production of growth hormone.

The DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) exercise is an exercise concept that focuses on restoring and learning proper trunk stabilization of the locomotor system.
