A slow, calm exercise class with an easy, undemanding pace. The class is full of simple stretching asanas, with emphasis on breathing, correct execution and, if possible, endurance in each position. Short pauses are included between the positions to calm down, when the position fades and its effects increase.

New to the AFIT schedule! Every Monday at 19:15 you can expect a SM system lesson with the amazing Teresa A.

This class is designed for clients who already have experience with the SM System and want to enjoy its benefits on a regular basis under the guidance of an experienced instructor – right in our center.

Strengthening of the deep stabilization system, relief from back pain and overall improvement of the movement pattern – all this is waiting for you every Monday. A great opportunity to do something for your body and your health.
