Circuit training is a great way to gain muscle strength and stamina in one go, it is excellent for burning fat from all body parts and for building muscle mass. Thanks to this, this training method is a good way to make the workout program more diverse.
Each lesson consists of three parts
- Cardio part- muscle warm-up
- Workout part – focuses on strengthening and shaping problematic body parts
- Stretching– final part, dedicated to stretching the individual muscle groups
Various tools and aids are used in the lesson (TRX, jump ropes, dumbbells, medicine balls and others). Training is divided into stations and time intervals (30 seconds – 2 minutes) spent there. Every lesson is designed so as to strengthen weak muscles and form the figure. The lesson is meant for everyone who doesn’t enjoy classic workouts in a gym and for those who like doing cardio and workout together.
