Bosu Pump FX is a group lesson that use Bosu balance trainer and weight bar. It is a strength endurance lesson where everyone chooses the size of the load. The lesson is characterized by a high number of medium-weight repetitions, creating functional, slim muscles and improving overall body strength and endurance.

Bosu Pump FX lesson:

  • Warm up
  • Balancing exercise
  • Exercise of specific muscle groups
  • Stretching

During the lesson, you strengthen your whole body with the use of weight bar. Bosu “both sides up”, which means it can be used straight and upside down. It is a universal exercise tool that came from the rehabilitation industry. Exercise with this tool will help strengthen the whole body, strengthen the ligaments and tendons, improve coordination and posture.

The bar is designed for group exercises, you will learn the correct technique of the individual exercises which will benefit you also for exercising in the gym.

The lesson is suitable for all age and performance categories. The size of the load you choose yourself.

The best of SPINNING is waiting for you in the Saturday marathon program on February 29, 2020. You can look forward to 3 hours in the saddle on the planned track, which will guide you all our instructors. Reservation for the event on reception or online via the reservation system.
