In July, we had our machines covered in a brand new upholstery in the gym for greater comfort during your workout. At the same time, we bought new machines for strengthening the gluteal and thigh muscles, biceps and also one cardio machine. Come and try our new dual Leg press, Super Power Squat, machine for strengthening the biceps muscle or make your warm-up special with the new Air Bike.
