The air-conditioned gym areas will delight you in the warm summer months with a pleasant temperature. We have enlarged the functional zone for stretching and weight training with your own body weight.
You will find a wide range of fitness equipment such as TRX, bosu balance trainer, fitball and medicine bags and powerbags of different sizes and weights.
We are constantly completing our gym equipment.
From September we open the fitness center half an hour earlier, Monday till Friday from 6:00. End of opening hours remains the same at 21:30. Saturday and Sunday remain 8:00 – 20:00.
Large parking from the back of the building is reserved for clients of AFIT center and Namaskar restaurant, parking is free. Parking is also possible in the adjacent streets – just watch out for block cleaning. :) Public transport – Buzkova stop 100 meters away, where tram no. 12 stops, the Židovský hřbitov tram stop no. 8 stops 300 meters away. Did you come by bike? We will look after in our fitness center.
Since September we have included more slow lessons such as Yin Yoga and Pilates.
On Monday, March 4, 2024, there will be minor changes in the schedule of group lessons at the AFIT center. All changes can be found here. Reservations can be made via the online reservation system, in the AFIT application or by calling the reception number 608 70 80 99.

The new year will bring us 4 new lessons. Tuesday lessons of the Spinning program at 12:15 with Petra B., Wednesday Strong Body with Kristýna J., Friday lessons of Body forming with Sára L. and Jumping with Katy T.
