We’re introducing a new class: Cross Training for Beginners.
This session is designed for anyone who wants to learn the fundamentals of strength and functional training in a safe and structured way. You’ll gradually master basic movements like squats, deadlifts, clean, and snatch, while working with barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and your own bodyweight.
Each class ends with a short workout to put everything into practice. Perfect for those starting from scratch and looking to build confidence, strength, and proper technique.
