We’ve got great news for everyone who wants to train smart, strengthen the whole body, and take their fitness to the next level!
We’re expanding our schedule and adding TWO brand-new TRX classes:
MONDAY 7:00 PM – Studio 3
WEDNESDAY 4:45 PM – Studio 5
The classes will be led by Natálka, an energetic instructor who will push you to give your best – while supporting you every step of the way.
TRX is the perfect combination of strength, stability, core training, and functional movement. You’ll work your entire body and leave feeling like it was totally worth it!
