The beginning of the school year brought us new cooperation in the field of healthy eating. The Tasty Box company will regularly deliver their products to us on Tuesdays and Fridays, which will be available in a display case at the AFIT center reception or via the Tasty Box website. You can look forward to various types of salads, lunch or all-day Low Carb menu.
If you like the health boxes, and you decide to cooperate with the Tasty Box company, you will receive a 10% discount from us on the purchase of their monthly program of 5 meals a day (the right to the discount can be used after presenting the customer card of the AFIT center).

New to the AFIT schedule! Every Monday at 19:15 you can expect a SM system lesson with the amazing Teresa A.
This class is designed for clients who already have experience with the SM System and want to enjoy its benefits on a regular basis under the guidance of an experienced instructor – right in our center.
Strengthening of the deep stabilization system, relief from back pain and overall improvement of the movement pattern – all this is waiting for you every Monday. A great opportunity to do something for your body and your health.
