The AFIT fitness center offers a complex and modern approach to fitness that will make your lifestyle better. We are open 7 days a week at Táborská 157, Brno, Židenice.

Our fitness center is large and well ventilated. We have a well equipped gym at our disposal – diverse cardiozone, four large rooms for GROUP LESSONS of all kinds and levels, starting with slow body and body and mind exercise forms (Pilates, Power Yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Flexi yoga, Jin yoga, Evening yoga), continuing with Tabata, Circuit training and Strong body. Our rooms are equipped with 30 SPINNING bicycles Spinner Pro ®, 15 MAXER RUNNER ® treadmills used for the revolutionary H.E.A.T. programu and 10 TRX suspension systems. Aside from these machines, tools and aids – Kettlebells, Gun-Ex, Power bags, Pump FX, Bosu balance trainer and Aquahit. Our Body & Mind studio offers quiet and pleasant air space and is located on the 3rd floor of our fitness center. The studio is deliberately situated to provide complete peace of mind for maximum exercise and relaxation.

Correct nutrition is another part of healthy lifestyle that is no less important than exercise. We are fully equipped and prepared to help our clients with nutrition. We have our own nutrition counselling center. We are ready to help you find out what kind of nutrition is the correct one for you, prepare a nutrition plan, analyze your body composition using an InBody machine and cater to all you needs connected with nutrition. Our nutritional counseling is led by nutritional specialist Mgr. Pavlína Kosečková.

Our team of professional coaches and nutritional advisors is there for you to provide top-notch care of your health and help you achieve your full potential.

Schedule of class lessons from Monday 2 March

The new exercise schedule is valid from Monday, March 2. We added lessons in Hall 4, Healthy Back on Wednesday, Fitness Workout on Monday and newly Pilates on Wednesday with Terka from March 11th.

3 hours SPINNING MARATHON

The best of SPINNING is waiting for you in the Saturday marathon program on February 29, 2020. You can look forward to 3 hours in the saddle on the planned track, which will guide you all our instructors. Reservation for the event on reception or online via the reservation system.
