Spinning is an energy – efficient group exercise on stationary bicycles accompanied by fast music under guidance of an instructor. It is recommended even for beginners.

When the famous long distance cyclist Jonathan Goldberg, also known as “Johnny G.” wanted to find a way to move his preparations for Race Across America (a long distance stamina race across America) indoors, he probably didn’t expect he’d end up creating the first indoor- cycling program SPINNING^®.
SPINNING^® program is offered by more than 16000 authorized centers under 60000 certified instructors in 80 countries. Due to licensing rules and strict control of the training method, your SPINNING^® lesson will have the same quality in Florida, Italy, Germany, Singapore, South Africa or Czech Republic.
We are one of the most popular fitness centers in Brno, when it comes to spinning. All our instructors are licensed and have multi-year professional experience with spinning. We enjoy preparing a program for beginners as well as pros. Each lesson is different and will make you earn your lunch. If you want to shape up, lose some weight and feel better, or perhaps just try something new, take a try at spinning and you’ll surely fall in love. We will take care of all your needs here in AFIT, but you must make the first step.

Can be pay by card * student prices apply only to students of day program younger than 26 years after submitting proof of study, “senior” means older than 65 years old
Pricelist is valid from January the 1st 2022
Multi tickets are transferrable, you can use it for all these activities.

New to the AFIT schedule! Every Monday at 19:15 you can expect a SM system lesson with the amazing Teresa A.

This class is designed for clients who already have experience with the SM System and want to enjoy its benefits on a regular basis under the guidance of an experienced instructor – right in our center.

Strengthening of the deep stabilization system, relief from back pain and overall improvement of the movement pattern – all this is waiting for you every Monday. A great opportunity to do something for your body and your health.
