New Pilates Class

New Pilates Class in Our Schedule

Starting Wednesday, March 18, 2026, we are adding a new Pilates class to our schedule, taking place every Wednesday at 7:15 PM.

Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core, improve stability and posture, and gently stretch the entire body. The class focuses on controlled movement, proper exercise technique, and mindful breathing.

This class is suitable for anyone who wants to improve fitness, support a healthy back, and take a moment to focus on their body and mind.

We look forward to seeing you at our new Pilates class every Wednesday at 7:15 PM at AFIT Fitness.
