New lesson Exercises for pregnant women

In the AFIT center, we have prepared a new exercise lesson for pregnant women. The aim of the lesson is to keep the woman’s body in optimal health and in good physical and mental condition. Also, to physically prepare the woman for childbirth so that its course exhausts both mother and child as little as possible.

This is a type of exercise in which the emphasis is placed on the correct execution of the exercises, increasing the condition important for the birth itself, stretching and strengthening. The exercise is made up of complex exercises such as squats, push-ups and others. This is not just a lesson in sitting on a balloon.

The lesson is suitable for women from the end of the 1st trimester of physiological pregnancy. If you have any difficulties, it is advisable to first consult with your gynecologist or attending physician.

The lesson takes place regularly on Mondays at 7 p.m. under the guidance of lecturer Magda Č.
