  • Spinning® Program

    Spinning is an energy – efficient group exercise on stationary bicycles accompanied by fast music under guidance of an instructor. It is recommended even for beginners.

  • H.E.A.T. program®

    H.E.A.T. Program® is fun, positive, energizing and makes losing weight easy. All that in 45 minutes and naturally. It is an exercise based on natural human motion – walking.

  • TRX training

    Suspension training used for bodyweight training. TRX builds up muscle strength, balance, flexibility and activates muscles.

  • Pilates

    This exercise is aimed at men and women on any fitness level. It aims to stretch shortened muscles and strengthen the weak ones. It teaches correct posture, enhances joint flexibility. The main goal is to teach the body to work with minimum exertion and maximum effect.

  • Nutrition Counseling Center

    Our nutrition therapist provides counselling in the field of healthy lifestyle, weight reduction, healthy muscle mass gain, alimentation plans for sportsmen and therapeutic alimentation plans (lactose intolerance, celiac disease, cow milk protein allergy etc.)

Strong body

Strong body lesson is a group exercised which aims to strengthen and build up the whole body. It is a slow exercise, which puts emphasis on correct performance of the individual moves. It is suitable both for beginners and for the advanced – difficulty is chosen by you.

TRX training

Suspension training used for bodyweight training. TRX builds up muscle strength, balance, flexibility and activates muscles.

HIIT

HIIT – “high intensive interval training” is a group lesson, during which intervals with maximum intensity and rest periods are alternated. With HIIT, you can improve heart performance, promote burning, and achieve visible results.

Tabata

Tabata is a high intensity interval training method. This method of exercise is one of the best techniques of burning fat. It increases general fitness and strength. It is suitable both for weight reduction and general fitness improvement.

Circuit training

The circuit is a great way to gain muscle strength and stamina. It is great for burning fat from all parts of the body and for building mass. Thanks to this, this training method is a great way to make a workout program more diverse.

Bosu Pump FX

Bosu Pump FX is a group lesson that use Bosu balance trainer and weight bar. It is a strength endurance lesson where everyone chooses the size of the load.

Pilates

Power Yoga, Night Yoga

Twerk

Twerk is a modern dance that will help you strengthen your abs, back and gluteal muscles. This dance is suitable for everyone, young girls or moms. There are no limitations.

The AFIT fitness center offers a complex and modern approach to fitness that will make your lifestyle better. We are open 7 days a week at Táborská 157, Brno, Židenice

Our fitness center is large and well ventilated. We have a well equipped gym at our disposal – diverse cardiozone, three large rooms for   GROUP LESSONS of all kinds and levels, starting with slow body and body and mind exercise forms (Pilates, Power Yoga), continuing with Tabata, Circuit training and Twerk dance lessons. Our rooms are equipped with 19 SPINNING bicycles Spinner Pro ®, 15 MAXER RUNNER ® treadmills used for the revolutionary H.E.A.T. programu and 10 TRX  suspension systems. Aside from these machines, tools and aids – Kettlebells, Gun-Ex, Power bags, Pump FX, Bosu balance trainer and Aquahit.
